Both our partners Maria Beatrice Deli and Giacomo Rojas Elgueta were in Paris last Monday to attend the seminar ‘Regards croisés sur l’arbitrage international – Sguardi incrociati sull’arbitrato internazionale’. The seminar, organized by the Italian Embassy in Paris, University Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and University of Roma Tre, in partnership with CastaldiPartners, addressed the newest trends in investment arbitration and commercial arbitration, with a specific focus on the protection of intra-EU investments in the near future. Giacomo Rojas Elgueta was invited to moderate the panel ‘Présent et future de la protection des investissements intra-EU – Presente e futuro della protezione degli investimenti intra-EU’. Maria Beatrice Deli delivered the closing remarks of the conference.
