On 16 April 2021, our Partners Maria Beatrice Deli and Giacomo Rojas Elgueta spoke at a webinar on “Tools and Techniques for Effective Management of Construction Arbitrations”, which was the opportunity to present the 2019 update of the International Chamber of Commerce Commission Report on Construction Industry Arbitrations in Italy. The webinar was the first event organized by the AIA Focus Group on Construction arbitration, co-chaired by Giacomo Rojas Elgueta and Silvio Martuccelli.
As Secretary General of AIA, Maria Beatrice opened the event and was followed by speakers Alexis Mourre and Aisha Nadar, who were introduced by Silvio Martuccelli. Giacomo moderated the panel discussion with Paolo Daino and Marcello Viglino.
