On 24 May 2021, Giacomo Rojas Elgueta participated in a webinar organized by ArbIt to present Italy’s new Model BIT. The event, which was reserved for ArbIt members, aimed at discussing the main innovations in the current text with respect to the previous Model BIT. In particular, the debate focused on the substantive standards of protection and on the provisions dealing with substainable development.
