On 14 May 2021, our Partner Giacomo Rojas Elgueta taught a class on how to correctly draft an International commercial contract, focusing on the conduct of negotiations, obligations arising out of negotiations and letters of intent, and drafting techniques. The class was held online and was organized by Banca Popolare di Sondrio in partnership with ICC Italia.
