On October 13, 2021, our Partner Giacomo Rojas Elgueta held a class in Prof. William Burke-White and Gary Born’s course on International Investment Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, covering the Fair and Equitable Treatment and the umbrella clause standards in light of the Italian and Spanish renewable eneregy sagas.
On October 14, 2021, he spoke at a webinar hosted by the New York University School of Law Center for Transnational Litigation, Arbitration and Commercial Law, moderated by Prof. Franco Ferrari. Together with Co-editor James Hosking, he presented the methodology and key results of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) research project “Does a Right to a Physical Hearing Exist in International Arbitration?”.
