Our Partner Giacomo Rojas Elgueta was among the speakers of the two-day workshop on “Dispute Resolution in the Digital Economy” organized by the United Nations Commission on International Trade (UNCITRAL), the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the Japan International Dispute Resolution Center (JIDRC) on 30 and 31 March 2021.
Giacomo participated in the panel on “Ensuring due process and fairness in arbitral proceedings”, moderated by Jae Sung Lee, together with Chun-Kyung Suh, Geraldine Fischer, Giuditta Cordero-Moss, Masato Dogauchi, Michael Schneider and Niuscha Bassiri. He gave a presentation titled “ICCA study on due process and remote hearings”.
