Maria Beatrice Deli was in Geneva to attend the conference organized by ICC, ICC Switzerland and the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement, entitled ‘Enforcement, setting aside and related treaty claims: a view from Europe’. Maria Beatrice, along with other specialists from different jurisdictions, participated in the panel on ‘The final battle(s): a tour d’Europe of the practice of national courts in relation to the setting aside and enforcement of arbitral awards’, illustrating the novelties and recent approaches adopted by Italian courts confronted with the enforcement of arbitral awards.
