Maria Beatrice Deli addressed recent trends regarding confidentiality and transparency in arbitration at the seminar ‘Confidentiality and Transparency in International Arbitration: Tensions and Expectations’, which took place at the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA) in Rome. In particular, Maria Beatrice gave an insight into the state of the art of legislation, soft law and institutional rules in Italy.
