Giacomo Rojas Elgueta was invited as faculty member of the International Arbitration Certificate Program – Theory and Practice of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, held in Ankara under the auspices of the International Law Investment & Development Association (ILIDA). His lecture focused on the comparative analysis of international arbitration institutions, such as ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ISTAC, CEPANI, with a view to highlighting the similarities and, more importantly, the differences among the institutions.
