Giacomo Rojas Elgueta was invited to speak at the first meeting organized in Bologna by Fondazione Forense Bolognese on Arbitration in the series: ‘Colloqui di Aggiornamento sull’Arbitrato’. In his speech, Giacomo focused on arbitrators’ decision-making processes, highlighting the most common cognitive mistakes that arbitrators have to deal with when rendering their award.
