Maria Beatrice Deli and Giacomo Rojas Elgueta co-organized and participated in the conference ‘L’arbitrato in materia di investimenti / The Investor-State dispute settlement system’ organized in Rome at the Sala Polifunzionale della Presidenza del Consiglio, under the auspices of University of Roma Tre and Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione (SNA), in partnership with the Italian Association for Arbitration (AIA). Giacomo was a discussant in the panel on ‘I criteri di quantificazione del danno nell’arbitrato in materia di investimenti/Quantification of damages in Investor-State arbitration’. His speech specifically addressed the issue of awarding interest in Investor-State arbitration. Maria Beatrice delivered the keynote speech for the panel on ‘Il ruolo delle istituzioni arbitrali negli arbitrati in materia di investimenti/The role of arbitral institutions in Investor-State arbitration’.
